The Unwed Father

You run the story naming the teenage father from your interview.

The teenage tries to sue you and your newspaper for invasion of privacy and libel, claiming that the negative connotations your story implied about unwed fathers defamed him. The father claims that he is not a public figure, and events happening in his life have no public interest. The statements in the article were all true the jury rules in favor of your paper. The jury believes that because the subject is of interest it society, and there are not false statements in the article, that this is the best decision.
